Redux potted around the edge of the washers to avoid fixing the bolt, then when half-cured a twist on the bolts to make sure contact is good. Once fully cured they seem to be pretty well fixed and more important- all eight bolts still turn.

I feel that is a very inelegant solution. Wouter comes up with the idea of putting anchor nuts on the washers. Very fiddly since the holes are very near the edge, but he succesfully makes an engineering prototype and then leaves me to it.

The stbd door has neither issue. Go figure.. Anyway, I need to fully recess the front guide to make the door fit. To compensate I put ten layers of bid reinforcement behind it instead of four. Sanding down the door side guide slightly completes the fix.

Indispensible, you don´t want to think this up on the fly. Trick is to get the pressure on the bonding edges, not the middle as that spreads the window outwards. Used front edge as a reference and then trimmed the other three sides to fit. Definitely easier with four hands as you can trim on the go. Belt sander is ideal here.
The plexiglas is 1mm thicker than the flange is deep. Apparently one or the other was wrongly specified by Europa. The windows will therefore stick out. Scuff sanding the rebate as deeply as realistic helps a bit.
