The addition of 20 self leveling washers including the extra length of bolts required (less the washers called out for by manual) netted out to under 2.5 oz.

The third 3/16" trimmed socket screw is also installed on this starboard side.

Redux was put on the bottom of both gusset plates and also a fillet was put on the tie-bar where it contacts the gusset plates.
The 5 bolts were not fully tightened until after the Redux was cured.

When installing the hardware with everything gooped up with Redux, it's hard to keep things perfectly neat.
Good thing this is the bottom side that you can't see unless you take extraordinary measures.

As you can see in this pic, the self leveling washers are doing their job!
