Cement cord workes only OK. The stuff we have needed to be knotted on the ends to prevent unraveling which makes it kinda sorta get stuck easier.

Using a piece of Nylaflow worked great when snaking wires.
The Nylaflow is stiff enough to force through rats nest, yet not too stiff as to damage wires.
Once the Nylaflow is pushed through, snake your wires through the middle of the Nylaflow, then remove the Nylaflow!

Port side gets the same treatment.
There was one wire that broke loose from hot-melt and was sticking out like a vein.
I placed a taped mixing stick over the wire and sprung it in place.

This is the starboard first pass fill with Aeropoxy / Expancel. There is one thin ply of model aeroplane cloth laid up over the wires.

These two #4 flat head Torx trilobal 1/4" long screws are holding a clamp in place on the bottom side of the thigh support that is holding a HD 15 pin D-sub connector in place that allows stick removal.
This is the port side, the starboard side has one also.

This is the starboard side run of stick wires going from thigh support to mid fuse conduit.
The wires are held in place with dabs of hot-melt glue and Redux / Flox where they are going through holes.
