They vary in diameter by ~ .001&quot;, I used the average and made this side .003&quot; undersized.<br />

If that's the case, especially near welds, I could get the inserts plenty stuck but not all the way inserted.<br />
Thus I made a Go No-Go gauge to feel how things are doing. <br />
One side is ~ .001&quot; undersized and the other .003&quot; undersized.<br />
