Cooling/demist fan 3.

I tested a lot of fans, larger and smaller in diameter, also thinner. Amp draw and noise is not too much a concern, but somewhat. Flow is a concern. Having 4 spot cools hot spots but also gives a wide area for demisting as well. The fans I selected compared to other 30mms flowed almost twice, drew about half the amps and were quieter!
