Turbo blanket 2.

The outside of this blanket is made out of a Siliconized type of rubber, kinda feels like the Silicone cowl seal stuff.
Gilles is using a Turbo blanket on his Rotax 914. I ran it by Rotax research and he liked idea.
I investigated additional chance of having oil coke and fell comfortable there will not be much more of a chance of coking with blanket. The blanket wraps only the red hot turbine portion.
