Paul McAlister's Door pushrod fork.

This is Paul McAllister's pushrod fork for door. We did same thing (thx. Nev!) but instead of removing material by hand I incline milled the 2 flats on rod to leave a nice radius so there is not much in the way of stress risers. A file will work just as well with a little care. Used 2024 aluminium for forks, but 6061T6 would probably be fine. Factory now uses rectangular bar, (2008), instead of round pushrod.
