Locating where hinge pins will go.

First off double sticky taped a .100" spacer between hinge leaves, then double sticky taped the hinges on fuse with hinge pin half over "cliff" in tang rebate. In other words half over the edge of vertical larger recessed depression in the fuse to allow the portion of door tang inboard of hinge pin to not contact fuse when you open the door.
Then stuck a rigid piece of aluminium aligned directly over hinge pins, kludged in place with mixing sticks, 4 minute JB Weld KWIK over scuff sanded 3M 375 packaging tape.
Then installed door and marked top of door tangs where I want hinge pins.
