Mission to find a device to flag our E-buss alternate feed and not allow actuation I think has been solved. The aviation isle of 7-11 (NY convienance store) has Slurpee straws that are up to the task after a little trim job with Swiss army knife. Notice that it not only fits reasonable well the three tiers of the pullable breaker shaft, the tip slips between the smallest shaft diameter and the metal tube of the breaker to prevent closing contacts unless straw is removed.
