We cut out the bottom of battery tray and JB KWIKed 1/2" wide Balsa at a 45 degree angle on the edge radius. Balsa now needs to be shaped to fit the floor contour of the starboard fuse aft of baggage bay support ribs. We left 1" wide flat on the bottom of battery tray where the PC545 will sit, it will also allow us to scrape excess Expancel when we bed the tray to floor.
