Since you can't easily get to connections after fin is complete, trying to do the best job we know how.
Nylon screws have a dab of JB KWIK to keep nuts in place (they were scuff sanded).
Middle stud has a phospher bronze washer between nut and aluminium. Since it's squeezing on phonelic, had concerns that tension may loosen, so made a fillet of non corrosive silicone to seal edges.
End stud has a phospher bronze washer under head of screw squeezing on bottom of E aluminium. In event we ever needed to get at connections (drill acess hole in starboard fin), heads of screws are scuff sanded and bedded in Redux/flox to keep them from turning. It also serves to seal edges of connection on bottom head of screw and E aluminium, as this stud also has phonelic in joint.
