With balsa plywood shelf held in proper position we laid up 4 BID bracket onto D-hole flange that has 3M 375 packaging tape on it. Two 8-32 nutplates will be installed on each bracket that will hold shelf horizontal when screwed to D-hole flange with flat head screws (screws will be covered by D-cover). When screws removed shelf will fold down to allow aft access. D-cover will have pins to hold up aft part of shelf.
