Wing rigging tools 1.

I have a Surveyor as a copier client, after asking he gave me some of his nice Oak stakes he uses.
They work great in two ways to keep cradle from moving:
1) To just keep cradle from rolling around, we just drop / kick. In other words drop an Oak stake by corner of cradle, and kick it in place.
2) If we need not only to have the cradle stay in position, but be level as well, we stack them to give us a parallel surface. A neat trick is to put the top stake inboard, with a piece of 80 grit self adhesive sandpaper folded in half between the top stake and the cradle. This way you can pound the bottom stake in place to raise that side and not have the top stake that you are not pounding on slide with the one you are pounding on.
