Klaus, just a note, we ended up adding a third aileron hinge outboard of factory position to help with better aligning aileron with bottom of wing. I don't know if that will work for you having already bonded on top wingskin.
Just a thought you may want to look at if a lot of fill will be required to make bottom flush.
