Fuse post bond 3.

This is the evil area of aft starboard top corner. I went after raised area with 36 grit sandpaper until it just broke through glass as you can see on bottom fuse, (tweezer) and top fuse, (toothpick). It will get 3 BID outside, 2 bias plies and 1 round vertical/horizontal.
