Doctor, not Europa project mutilated Alan's port hand. Enough feeling has returned so he can "feel" for surface imperfections. Much to the dismay of Wayne, (he thought aft fuse area was just about completed), after Alan's port hand lead to the resting place of many pieces of tape, all which indicate an area that needs more attention. Wayne didn't come out and say it, but he was almost certain feeling it "ARGH!".
