This is the brown foam that is missing on the top port side of fuse. Stick is pointing to the top of the bottom fuse flange and hinge is pointing to the bottom of foam that is in the top fuse.
You can see that below the lower fuse flange joggle (bout 3/8" below wood pointer) the foam is butt against the joggle on this (port) side ((starboard sude has gaps)). Green tape line is where baggage bay bulkhead fits.
