This album contains pertinent information for bonding on top wing skins. Trying to get "Electrical" stuff done during Winter of 2009 to bond in Spring of 2009. Going to order "real deal" Redux from England when about ready.

Figured out last night how to deal with aileron to closeout evil, just going to cut off top portion of closeout and glass 2 BID forward of closeout and 1 BID aft to make flange exactly where it should be!

Discovered aft portion of rib just inboard of wingtip is too high (thick).
Mutilation is in order.

Completed bonding on top of starboard wing Y9-06-30. Used 1075 grams of, (yellow), Redux. Took us 3 passes prior to final bond on. We removed excess between passes. Redux on all passes was mixed with flox so it just didn't slump and we were able to apply with 1" chip brush. 1st pass 300 grams, second pass 200 grams, third pass 75 grams and final fourth pass 500 grams. Final pass had a pretty nice fit from prior passes and ~1/8" applied (500 grams).
