Starboard wing 115.

Starboard wingtip bottom gets worked on. Tip was opposite of proud, (recessed), of wingskin for the most part.
**First 80 grit scuff sanded area.
**Put tape on shish kabob skewers and inserted into two of the outboard Kuntzleman strobe mounting holes.
**Then wet out everything with Aeropoxy/30 minute hardener.
**Floxxed Kuntzleman holes to re-establish countersunk head strength.
**Filled voids on edge of wing with flox where bottom skin was thin or broken where it meets tip, then laid up 1 thin ply of model aeroplane glass 1.5" wide on seam.
**Filled partial first pass Aeropoxy/30 minute hardener/Q-Cel, (stronger than Expancel, but harder to sand and cheaper).
**Once 30 minute epoxy from prior was plenty sticky, filled entire area with Aeropoxy/60 minute hardener/Expancel mixed very very dry.
