Port mass balance 2.

Bonded in outboard port mass balance box.
First 36 grit, then 80 scuff.
The inside is scuffed where it will get a layup to the bottom of the top wingskin.
Straight edge is bonded on bottom of wing to keep things straight and the aileron is in position with lino spacer, (mass balance arms have 3M 375 tape to make messy Redux clean up easier).
