After bout 45 minutes where it was just kicking, mixed up another small lot of Q-Cel and filled G-10 void.
Q-Cel is stronger than Expancel or Aeropoxy light.
Note mutilation of aluminum U channel to allow flap hardware to clear so as to allow full movement.
Flap is installed in this pict, but hanging down with trail edge facing forward.
