Igus bracket and spacers

I needed to turn spacers for the metric mounting holes in order to use 1/4-28 AN4 bolts. I made them out of free machining 2011 aluminium. Boy does 2011machine nice.

I also needed to make a set of spacers to reduce 20mm (.790") to 11/16" (.6875") diameter of the cable bulkhead mount. I made it out of a bar of 4032. Pretty strong stuff, machines only OK.

Length of both spacers together (inboard edge of flange to inboard edge of flange, in other words the width of the white ball/bushing):
.535" (I made slightly over size and trimmed to get perfect fit)
