Glass in reinforcement

We pretty much followed the procedure for making reinforcement for the tri gear electric actuator mount on the belly of the fuse.
Cut top glass out, remove foam, scuff sand and clean up, wet out, flox corners/transition, 2 BID 2+1/4" larger than the cut-out, wet out plywood insert (we left the wood on the heater for a while and kept it plenty wet), then apply flox to the plywood on all sides, push in place, fill gaps with flox and make things flat, then 2 BID 2" larger than the cut-out, then peel ply.
