If you look close, you can see that the 7075 part is proud of the 4130 threaded part.
this means when I tighten the nut, it will capture the white colored pillow block eye.
The reason I extended the front 7075 part by .250" compared with the aft one, was to obtain approximately 1.25 diameters of the 11/16 threads worth of engagement of the 4130 threaded part.
