Harrison_Tailplane_Bracket_Mod_01

Beginning of the infamous Harrison tailplane mod. Here's what I'm starting with... the 3/8" mod was done (forget the mod #) but with all this talk about torque tube problems, it'll be peace of mind to know I won't have to crawl back there anytime soon.
