Pulled the spar pins and the aft lift pin socket pins. Pulled the wings. With the wings off, I could gain access to the aft lift pin sockets. Drilled out the two 1/4" and one 3/16" holes through the fuselage. Took care that the holes were straight so that they would meet the inner tie bar fitting properly. Ran a socket head bolt through the hole that had been previously drilled through the inner fittings. Tightened the inner fitting in place with this bolt. With the inner fitting held in place, the remaining holes could be drilled through the inner fittings. The remaining bolts were installed in the port
