Cut the mounting hole in the mount using a Sears Dremmel Tool with the Permagrit cutoff tool. Permagrit file to adjust the hole. Worked well enough. Used carbon paper to mark the location for the screw holes. Drilled out the holes. With a bit of needle file work, managed a decent fit.
