The Dremmel Tool with the sanding drum worked well to put a nice chamfer on the inside edge. Just be VERY careful using it. It tends to slip off as you approach a corner. I have a couple scuffs from slips. Luckily, all the scuffs and scratches so far are within the bonding area.
