There's a lot of material to remove on the aft edge. The lower aft curve turned out to require minimal adjustment once the front edge was adjusted. That aft edge proved to be too much for the hand tools. At one point I slipped and put a nice gash in my thumb when it hit the sharp edge created by the Permagrit tool. I need to buy a new belt for my hand belt sander (a tool recommended by LP Aero) to properly tackle this. Time to call it a day.
