A question came up about corrosion due to some green coloration around the switches in an earlier pic. Wanted to post a good pick showing there's no corrosion, just some green color of the metal rings inside the switches.

Status as of 2008 12 14: Almost finished with the final check list. Completed weight and balance. It's heavy - 937 lbs with CG @ 59.05. Must be that 80+ lb instrument panel. If I were to do it again today, I'd go for a simpler and lighter panel. I guess the 2nd alternator and intercooler probably contribute their share of weight as well. And the fancy interior... Zolatone paint would have been a lot easier, quicker and lighter.
