2009 01 16 - Temperature this morning was 24F (-4.5C). Lucky, wind was calm. Waited till 1000 local to go to the airport. By then it was up to 30F (-1C) with a couple knots of wind from the North. Set everything up for tail wheel reconnection and went into the Niebrig office to keep warm till Tommy, Gary and Matt arrived at 1045 hrs. The three of us were able to complete the connection of the tail wheel. Matt held the tail wheel & rudder, Tommy pulled the wire tight and I crimped the sleeves.
