As the first, the plywood was fitted, slathered on the bonding edges with Araldite/FLOX and pressed in place. It was inspected for voids and they were filled as necessary. FLOX corner transitions prepared. More layups made, epoxy painted on all bonding areas and the layups applied. Peel ply was used to cover all laid up areas.
