The longest AN3-30 bolt I had was too short so a longer bolt is on order as are aluminum spacers to maintain proper alignment of the ends of the MCs.

I replaced the float bowl, torqued the "nut" to 48.7 ft-lbs and safety wired it as per Rotax specs.

The parking brake and master cylinder. The levers for the master cylinder have been made up from 1/4" aluminum bar stock. They replace the original, too long, too heavy, chromed steel levers that came with the unit.

The starboard wheel pant with all the tape and poly removed. Almost ready for anchor nuts and screws. Unfortunately, I left one area of the flange too thing and had to add small pieces of glass. Tomorrow will be anchor nut day for it.
