Port headrest conduit 2.

We needed to modify the hole saw to accomplish the task of installing the conduit.
First thing was to grind off the weld bead on the aft side of the hole saw. You can see the weld ground off on the prior pict.
I used a belt sander to begin with, then proceeded to use a grindstone and finished off with the belt sander.
Then my extra long 1/4" drill bit became not so long. We needed to harvest a piece of 1/4" drill rod with no flutes on it. After cutting the shank off with the grind stone and smoothing both ends, I ground a flat on the portion that aligns with the setscrew.
