Smooth rigging 4.

The cowbell, (spar socket), that is bonded to the starboard side to the aft side of the seat back developed a sharp edge. In part this was due to port wing sliding backwards during rigging. Notice we 1 BID / Reduxed, then a few plies of Aeropoxy BIDed the cowbell in place after it broke off early on. We purchased an accelerated cockpit module and the cowbell was only mildly sanded and Reduxed.
The cowbell bent a little when the port wing swept aft and the bond on the cowbell held fast.
Anyway once we install a port spar guide this problem will not occur again.
Here we smoothed off sharp edge near the spar pin hole that was eating up the starboard wing front, root spar bushing.
