Once door is removed will countersink top half of hinge.

Once door is removed will countersink top half of hinge for mounting hardware and rebond in place with JB KWIK weld.
Then we will counterbore 1/16" holes in tangs, using a drill in hole to align with drill press chuck. Then will drill 3/16" hole that will be in perfect alignment.
Will then reinstall door and drill through spacer and fuse for absolute perfect alignment of everything.
Well worth drilling shoot bolt holes because every time door comes off and on it is effortless to get in exact alignment as before.
