Mill round slot in master cylinder 1 of 12

The port side of the master cylinder needs a milled slot for flap push-pull cable clearance.

I used a two flute 1/2" ball end mill I purchased from McMaster.

Splinters from aluminium master cylinder chips are not as bad as 4130 chips, but still bad. Still best use a brush to sweep away chips, then vacuum before handling the part after material removal.
