Trying not to mar flap cross tube too bad with Upstops 6 of 7

After applying 638 to hole and screw, I held the threaded portion of the screw in my 6 jaw chuck on the lathe, then gave it a good tightening.

The heads of all screws are below the surface of the Nylon 6/6.
