Flap Upstops 1 of 7

I welded 1/4-28 nuts to stud plates (studs machined off).

The screws are 1/4-28 Allens cut to length, turned and a thick washer welded to it.

The distorted thread castle nuts didn't work out as planned to retain Allen screws (probably welding did bad things to it and the Allen screws would gall), so I tapped with a 1/4-28 and drilled and tapped a 3/8" nut (3/16" threads) to 1/4-28 to use as a jam nut.

All these items are 18-8 SS.
