Trying not to mar flap cross tube too bad with Upstops 1 of 7

I sanded off the castellated portion of the stop nut (right pic) to give me a little more clearance so I could put on a plastic cap on the stop screw in an attempt to not mar the flap cross tube too bad.

There's still ~ .125" thickness of nut remaining, about the same as the jam nut.
