Aft sill cover 19.

We had ready this close quarter pneumatic drill with 1/8" bit to drill holes for screws to hold proper registration when bonding together the port 3 BID layup to the plywood cover.
Note the paper towel covering exit air so oil doesn't spit on the surrounding area where you are drilling.
We ended up only drilling two holes in the vertical portion of plywood cover using a cordless electric drill.
