Borrowed a 90 degree air drill (for tight access) to make holes for 6-32 screws.
Cheated a bit, put aluminium bracket on top of the BID covered wood inside the headrest before installing the 6-32 nutplates and JB KWIKed in position. When bout 85% cured, quick drilled holes and yanked bracket off, then cleaned off JB KWIK from BID covered wood with a razor blade. Worked perfect!
