After test fitting the top fuselage I realized that the elevator did not have full range of motion. The balance arm would hit the fuselage top before achieving a minimum of 4 degrees down. After many attempts adjusting the arm I concluded the containment bracket was about an inch and a half too far forward. I removed the old mount and made a new one out of 4 ply BID
