Hear we go, ready for action. Just need to anneal, drill 1/8" soldering holes, crimp then solder in wire, and drilla nd tap some 6-32 holes for needed ground connections. Nylon clamps will be placed outboard of pilot headrest. Will stick in place with JB Weld KWIK then 1 BID on each long edge. If I solder something flat, will use copper pop rivets to help with added strength. For instance fast ons to a copper or brass sheet.
