Inspection cover plenty stuck in place after bedded into fill. Cleaned cover with Isopropanol, (Isopropyl Alcohol), apply 3M 375 packaging tape, scuff sand 3M 375, JB KWIK wood to tape, screwed four #10 screws into the cover which was drilled for #8 screws, safety wired to each other and to sheetrock screws in wood and JB KWIK screws to wood. Took bout 10 minutes to do all this.
