Second and final pass of Port top wingskin bond on 4.

The forward portion of the root rib had a little void that we didn't get on first pass.
After wetting out surface, Alan filled with a Flox rich Redux mix. There was only a small number of areas other than this spot that needed the Flox rich mixture.
Everything got covered with a thinner mixture.
