Front Port fuse stiffening for lift socket 3.

Foam is Floxxed in place. We taped 3M 375 to either side of the foam to make wetting out and flox cleanup a breeze. We then wet out for the 3 BID layup.
Alan had to disassemble our fixture, (reversing the parts), to make it a mirror of what was needed for the Starboard side.
This time we put tape on the shiny side of the ruler, (it didn't stick).
