Time to wire starboard rudder cable.
Thought I was clever, used 1/4" diameter rare earth Neodymium magnets to locate position of starboard rudder cable vertical and horizontal by putting one on inside and one on outside.
Ends up looking through inspection hole a parallax had actual position ~ 1/4" low and 1/4" outboard.
Oh well, end up with BIG hole.
