We also have structural upstop that ties left and right walls of cockpit module together that should help as well. Obvious if you overstress anything, something is going to give. Especially when flying heavy, be nice to know Europa can tolerate a bit more than gentle landings.

final touch for now, relieve airbrake cover. Guess we are ready for 350lb passenger (and or pilot) with spike heels! Now that we ruined a perfectly good week with this nonsense, will try to ruin your week too:
Late friend Jim Chubbuck prior to being Fire Marshall of Middletown CT, was a fire fighter. On more than one occasion, he was beckoned along with other co-workers to help remove extremely large female stuck in bathtub. This is not a joke, how do you get out a soaped up huge female that is stuck in bathtub? Answer is you put towels under arms and legs and lift. First timers get the legs! I lied, this is a joke (on you). Your week too is now probably ruined with this newly found information on "gross weight" and associated "vivid" mental image! Just as bad consider image of that poor soles sole (spike heel) going through the floor of "your" Europa and becoming stuck!
Removed peelply, shoe for boot area trimmed, this worked out very nice. Hard to see but just filled a few air bubbles, using Aeropoxy with 30 minute hardener being red makes easy work seeing if void is filled. This photo makes clearance around shoe for boot to appear that clearance is not uniform (which it is). Clearance is needed to remove shoe if ever need be. It is held in place with Boat Life caulking.
