Silly if this whole exercise is for something that may not even be necessary! Of course we will be ridiculed. We should have tried aft location, if it didn't work just drill three 1/4" holes through the spar that could be done with an aviation mini 90 degree air powered drill through inspection hole, snaked 1/4" tubing through the holes and not worry about filling up holes and putting strength back to foam, then make 3 holes in wing just large enough to snake 1/4" hose through and mount 3 tube probe washer on Reduxed in place large area bent to proper angle studs on outside of wing. If we had any intention to fly quickly guess this would work, as would not having AOA info at all. Put a slight radius on edge of cover and edge of wing opening, and vacuumed inside of wing. Think this is the first time getting something filled and sanded without any defects on first pass! Done deal for now.

Sanding completed and sealed with Silicone tubing. Note fill on area where clamp was on mixing stick. Wing side now complete. Was able to cut around screws and around cover with X-Acto knife to release. Scuff sand and fill with Aeropoxy Light. Have 1 layer of 3M 375 on back of cover and 2 layers on side. Position of nipples just bout where we want them. The size E Dacron thread tied to aluminium guide "when" it falls inside wing all gooped up with Redux. Install went quite well, used two Shish Kebab skewers jammed in two of the small holes in aluminium guide, then gooped up with Redux and set over nipples and set in place. If Factory location does not work well for AOA, will just make hole in this wing cover and 2 BID back of cover with probe washer at proper angle, (2 BID should be weak enough to break in case of trauma instead of wing or cover?), TIG 2 stainless studs, (cut off head of screw), to probe washer and screw onto BID with nuts and washers, then fill probe washer with Redux/Q-Cel so as to be flush with cover and removable. Not done yet though, once clamp is removed will fill with area with Aeropoxy Light and level so will be ready for paint, (probably fill/sand twice, rare one pass does it).
